During the hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause, it's common for women to feel like they're not themselves anymore. They feel discordant and completely out of sorts. They become anxious, low in confidence, worried about their health, embarrassed about peri/menopause symptoms and have a sense of impending doom.

This stops women from doing the things they want to do and living the life they want to lead. It takes away their enjoyment in everyday life and leaves them with no hope for the future.

I can teach you scientifically proven skills to completely change how to respond to anxiety so you can get back to feeling like you again. In addition, these skills will ignite your own innate wisdom and power to help you step forward into an exciting new chapter of your life. One where you get to take charge, write your own script and live your dreams. I can't wait to help you turn the page.

Women with a strong desire to succeed have the potential to change things for the better - in work, at home, for our planet. At the same time, however, we juggle many responsibilities and carry the weight of their world on our shoulders. As well as this, we often worry about what others are thinking, doubt ourselves and hold ourselves back.

I would describe myself as an ambitious woman in the middle of a successful Clinical Psychology career. Following 15 years of working in NHS mental heath services I now lead my own Clinical Psychology business, which I juggle with being a Mum to two young daughters. I understand the tension between wanting to progress at work, be there for my family and live a life full of joy and fulfilment. As such, I am passionate about sharing scientifically proven psychological skills to help other women let go of anxiety and have the self belief to flourish and fly.

I believe we deserve this and I believe the world needs it.

My services are often co-facilitated with other Psychologists and Therapists from within the business, my team and I help women move from fear to fulfiment.
